Q: Do I need to sign up to place an order?

A: You need to sign up to use HKcufflinks. Sign up now(Free). 

 
Q: I want to change my account information.

A: You can change your account information on Registration Information on【MY ACCOUNT】.

 

Q: I want to make sure my order has been accepted.

A: An auto-mail titled 【Order Confirmation】 will be sent to your registered email address when your order has successfully been submitted. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your "Order History" on【MY ACCOUNT】.


Q: I paid already, but didn't receive 【Order Confirmation】 email.

A: Please note  【Order Confirmation】is sent only after the transaction was confirmed.  The email may be sorted as a spam. Kindly check in your spam folder.
 

Q: Has my order shipped?

A: If you haven't received a【Order Update】email, your order may not have been shipped yet. Please Sign in to【MY ACCOUNT】,and go to “Order history” to check the status of your order. 

 

Q: Can I change /cancel my order?

A: We strive to fill all orders in a timely manner, therefore change or cancellation requests cannot be accepted after you have submitted the order.

 

Q:Can I return my order?

A:Return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
